Legal Aid & Assistance – Free

Free if over 60 and based on income, legal assistance is available for many civil and legal issues that seniors commonly encounter. We can provide direct representation by an attorney to help safeguard the benefits and rights of older residents, as well as provide legal counsel for matters important to older persons with social or economic needs.
