A.: Call the local office located in your county.

Step Two: Response from Huntingdon-Bedford-Fulton Area Agency on Aging staff

A Care Manager from your local office will call and set up an appointment for a home visit with you.

Step Three: Assessment Process

Step Three: Assessment Process

The Care Manager will complete the assessment with the senior’s or family member’s help during the home visit.

The Care Manager will submit all paperwork and forms for the consumer.
